This chipboard cover is made from mat board and comes in four pieces as shown in the first picture. The covers measure 5 3/4" x 8 3/4" x 1 1/2". The first spine is solid and the second spine is an overlay with gear cutouts. 
 
This album cover was cut on a laser cutter so there will be charring around the edges. Only the front of the pieces are colored and the back side is white. The album is not assembled and will ship flat. You can attach the pieces of the cover with cardstock or book binding cloth.
