June Retreat in Pittsburgh, PA
Here are just a few photos from our very first Pittsburgh retreat. It was a sold-out event and we had so much fun! Our event was held at the Courtyard Marriott Settlers Ridge, and we will be back there in October for our next event.
Winter Retreat - March 2023
Fall 2022 Retreat
Located at the Holiday Inn, this Akron-based scrapbooking retreat was our first event! The retreat was held in the ballroom and each guest had their own 6 ft table with electricity at the table. We provided muffins and fruit for breakfast and coffee, tea, and water were available in the room at all times. A small store was available with an assortment of craft supplies available for purchase.
Make-and-Take Projects
There was a daily make-and-take (or take-and-make) activity teaching guests new techniques. These step cards are one of the projects we made. We also made a frame and handmade flowers to experiment with distress inks. The third make-and-take was a sweet birthday tag perfect to be used on a gift or in place of a card.

Welcome Gifts
Each retreat guest received a welcome gift at their table. These gifts were designed and made by Kristine and are exclusive to K. Nichole Designs, Limited. The gifts included a mini wooden notebook with notepad, a set of laser cut fall embellishments and a set of laser cut Christmas embellishments.
